To use a wireless bluetooth headset you will need a mobile phone that is compatible with bluetooth technology, when buying a mobile phone it is normally stated if it is compatible with the bluetooth technology. The other thing to look for are the features offered by the bluetooth headset, these include call answering and ending, voice dialling, last number dial, conference call, hold, mute, call waiting, vibrating call alert and much more, the features offered by the various bluetooth headsets vary so make sure the one you choose has the features you require.

Another thing to look out for is the compatibility of the wireless bluetooth headset, most headsets are compatible with most mobile phones but it is worth checking, popular mobile phone brands include Nokia, Sony Ericsson, Motorola, Samsung and Siemens. If you are looking for a cheap bluetooth headset then have a good shop around, they are quite cheap anyway but often shops have cheap special offers and deals so finding a cheap bluetooth headset can be quite easy.
